The best of slalom and giant slalom combined – the sidecut for playful, agile short turns and smooth long turns on the same ski.
A titanium layer above and below the core creates supreme shock absorption, strong running stability and a high torsinoal flex.
Made from strong beech and lightweight poplar – for supreme running stability and agility in our racing skis.
Redster Revoshock turns unwanted shocks into confidence-building stability and unparalleled acceleration.
A robust new sidewall featured in Atomic’s new Redster Revoshock ski series, Ultrawall consists of a base to top sheet sidewall that delivers controlled power transmission, increased edge grip and improved acceleration. Finished with a rounded Dura Cap, Ultrawall offers exceptional durability against scratches, dents and dings.
The Atomic Redster X9S Revo S takes World Cup proven tech and packs it into a platform for skiers who want to enjoy the speed and versatility of Atomic’s Multi Radius Sidecut engineering. The Redster X9S Revo S is ready to snap off quick short carves or stretch out beautiful long-radius turns. With Revoshock, the Redster X9S Revo S has an agile, predictable ride, making icy, early morning corduroy a pleasure to ski. Dual-layer Ultra Titanium laminate enhances overall strength and torsional flex, while Ultrawall construction combines the edge hold and power transfer of a full sidewall with the durability and longevity of cap finishing. The Ultra Power Woodcore comes over from Atomic's FIS race platforms to provide pro-level strength, keeping the speed up and the fun high from open to close.
Precisely tuned edges are an important part of ski performance. A blunt edge cannot penetrate the snow surface and slides through a turn. An edge that is too sharp digs into the snow surface and makes for an unstable ride. Our alpine skis are groomed with a side edge angle of 87.0° for more intuitive handling, easier skiing and better grip on hard snow and ice.
All skis from our factory are delivered with steel edges that have been carefully machined with a precise 0.8° base edge bevel that microscopically lifts the ski edge off the snow for easy turning while providing excellent edge grip and aggressive tracking throughout the turn.
