Grips like a high-performance piste ski, but still nice and floaty in the pow.
The Atomic Warden 13 MNC binding combines the strength and precision you need on piste with the smooth progressive power transfer you need in deeper snow. MNC stands for Multi Norm Certified, which means it works with all types of soles – DIN, Touring and Walk To Ride (WTR) – and fits every normed boot in the market. So it’s ideal if you want one binding for your all-mountain and backcountry skiing. It has an Oversized Platform and U-Power Toe – a super-wide platform that provides maximum lateral power transmission plus precise steering, natural flex and strong dampening. It’s also 30% wider than comparable bindings so works well with progressive wider skis like Vantage. Finally it has self-retracting Freeski Brakes that eliminate hang-ups on switch landings.
A layer of super rigid, woven mesh that adds strength across the ski while actually reducing weight.
Vantage’s extra-full sidewall blocks vibration and transmits 100% power for solid edge grip on hard pack.
An ultra-lightweight Titanium insert runs the length of the ski and ensures exceptional running stability.
A sporty, dynamic Ash and Poplar woodcore that adds a ton of stability and dampens vibrations at speed.
The Atomic Vantage 90 CTI grips like a high-performance piste ski, but with its All Mountain Rocker it still delivers killer performance across the mountain. It’s one of the top models in our Vantage series – progressive all-mountain skis built to be great on hard pack and equally good in soft snow. To achieve that balance it features Carbon Tank Mesh, a layer of rigid woven mesh that adds strength across the ski while actually reducing weight. That’s on top of a Titanium Backbone 2.0 that runs the length of the ski. The ski also comes with the iconic Vantage Firewall, an extra full sidewall for power transmission and edge grip. Plus a Power Woodcore, more directional shape and less tail turn up – all adding to its piste performance.
