The Atomic Redster X9 WB Revoshock S combines the best of short and long radius turns in a wider, versatile platform for variable piste conditions.
The Atomic X 12 GW ski binding is the ideal option if you’re looking for real race performance that’s compatible with both alpine-normed and GripWalk boots. It comes with Full Flex, which keeps the natural bending line of the ski under the binding while also ensuring constant release values throughout your turn. Top power transfer, total control and fantastic speed – all without the hassle of tools!
The best of slalom and giant slalom combined – the sidecut for playful, agile short turns and smooth long turns on the same ski.
A sporty, dynamic Ash and Poplar woodcore that adds a ton of stability and dampens vibrations at speed.
A Titanal layer above and below the core creates supreme shock absorption, strong running stability and a high torsinoal flex.
Sidewall from base to top sheet, for controlled power transmission and great edge grip. The rounded shape of the Dura Cap is a fantastic durability feature as it picks up fewer dents and dings.
Redster Revoshock turns unwanted shocks into confidence-building stability and unparalleled acceleration.
The Atomic Redster X9 WB Revoshock S is at home carving up the groomers even in variable piste conditions. The Redster X9 WB Revoshock S is a wide-bodied ski - 10mm wider underfoot than the standard Redster X9S to get you through choppy snow with ease. The Multi Radius Sidecut allows skiers to make quick short radius carves or to stretch it out into fast, long radius turns. Revoshock absorbs bumps and chatter, transferring that energy to the ski edge to create dynamic accelerations in every turn. A dual-layer of TI Powered laminate keeps the ski strong and versatile. Duracap construction provides superior durability and power transfer, while the Power Woodcore creates a stable flex that will have you smiling as you rail through the turns from open to close.
Precisely tuned edges are an important part of ski performance. A blunt edge cannot penetrate the snow surface and slides through a turn. An edge that is too sharp digs into the snow surface and makes for an unstable ride. Our alpine skis are groomed with a side edge angle of 87° for more intuitive handling, easier skiing and better grip on hard snow and ice.
All skis from our factory are delivered with steel edges that have been carefully machined with a precise 0.8° base edge bevel that microscopically lifts the ski edge off the snow for easy turning while providing excellent edge grip and aggressive tracking throughout the turn.
