Atomic Vantage 82 TI is a progressive ski for all-mountain skiers who like to spend most of the time skiing the resort with the occasional adventure beyond the boundaries into fresh snow. Featuring TI Tank Mesh which reduces the overall weight of the ski while adding strength – its versatile profile is ideal for carving perfect turns on harder snow - the Cap Sidewall and Power Woodcore deliver tenacious edge grip. Ski stronger with less effort – a combination that will allow every skier to ski at their highest level.
Precisely tuned edges are an important part of ski performance. A blunt edge cannot penetrate the snow surface and slides through a turn. An edge that is too sharp digs into the snow surface and makes for an unstable ride. Our alpine skis are groomed with a side edge angle of 87° for more intuitive handling, easier skiing and better grip on hard snow and ice.
All skis from our factory are delivered with steel edges that have been carefully machined with a precise 1.0° base edge bevel that lightly lifts the ski edge off the snow for easy turning while providing great edge grip and aggressive tracking throughout the turn.
