Lost inner canting screwI have had the same experience as the other post on this thread. The inner screw let go and now the boots are not able to be used. I have contacted our local shop and am told they are out of stock and have been for some time. After doing some research I came to the same conclusion as the other poster that this is a problem with these boots. The shell has also come apart slightly at what appears to be a seam just between the lower two buckles by the “Memory Fit”. I appreciate the comment in the reply to the original post. All I can say is that I have been skiing for 45 years and have lost boot buckle screws (skiing gates etc) but never a canting bolt. It is frustrating that I cant get a replacement part as well as that there appears to be a short life on the shell.

No adjustment tool !Well the tool dosent come with the package... Now i have to order the tool and pay abaut 20 euro (with delivery) for a little tool worth not more than 2-3 euro....that i will use just once!
When you sell something for 375 euro... its very bad policy not to sell that worthless tool with the boots. Thats not the way to make your customers happy!
